At GetClick LK, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Sri Lanka. All deliveries are handled through our trusted logistics partner CityPak.
Shipping Partner
We currently use CityPak for all local deliveries to ensure fast and secure shipping.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Colombo & Suburbs: 1–2 Business Days
- Other Major Cities: 2–3 Business Days
- Remote Areas: 3–5 Business Days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with CityPak to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
