Refund Policy

At GetClick LK, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Earbuds and earphones that have been opened or used.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We will gladly replace products if they are:

  • Damaged during shipping.
  • Defective due to manufacturing faults.
  • Incorrect items sent by us.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), GetClick LK will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

This helps us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under this policy.
